I hoping to find people on this forum who live in the area or are at least very familiar with it.
Im looking at a rental property in Ft Myers. I am attahing a pic of a map showing the area of this property.
Can anyone please tell me a little about this area. Is it considered a safe, low crime area, or have there been reports of crime, violence, etc.
I like the fact that it is close to the highways, colleges, and water. I just don't want to be in a rough area of Ft. Myers.

Eric, you've come pretty close to circling the worst area in Fort Myers in my opinion.

That is not the worst area in ft myers !!!!!! Lee Memorial hospital is in that area , and behind that on mc gregor blvd is the edison home and historic area.

lee memorial isnt 'in that area' the police shot a man who was brandishing a weapon in that area last week, 4 days after the same guy was arrested for trespassing...
