It's been floating around for a good 5 or 6 years now, but we're supposed to get a brand new arena somewhere next to the Will Rogers Memorial Center.
I don't know the exact location or if the damn thing is just another "jerk around tease" for this city, but I do know that capacity is aimed to be around 12,000........

Seems kinda small for a 700,000 city, don't ya think? I'm guessing this is just to have a Rodeo-only arena, but face it, eventually it would hold more than that.

My question is, should it just be 12,000 or more?

They should aim for 20,000; TCU may need that for basketball when it joins the Big East.
