Be very careful when making loans from this or similar establishments. I recommend that you not make a loan form them at all. If you must make a loan insure that you read and understand the terms of the loan. These Loans aren't based on multiple payments but rather charge a "CSO" fee Listed as "Finance Charge" and must be paid in full in "ONE" payment along with the Principal amount of the loan and Interest!
"CSO's are required to "REGISTER" with the Secretary of State, they are NOT licensed, AND THEIR FEES ARE NOT REGULATED".
Do not "assume" anything when taking out a loan with this establishment. This company is the "Texas loan Corporation". "Over the past 5 years Texas loan Corporation has issued over $3 billion in consumer loans". via PR newswire.com
"First Cash Advance" is one of it's many names! They include Car title loans, Pawn shops and many First Cash Advance internet searches redirect you to numerous other on line loan services promising money deposited into your bank account within hours. The complaints about this company range from the "Attorney Generals office" to "Consumer Affairs" and "Complaints Board". If you have been misled by this company or feel that you have been a victim of fraud from this or any similar company report it at once and share with as many people as possible to get the word out. Rates are quoted at 902.20% APR. These Loans are secured by a personal check and your "ACH" authorization. Meaning you hand over your personal banking information including all access numbers and withdraw security codes.
