It's odd to me that in much of this area you can smile and say hi to strangers when out on a walk or out on the town, and get silence as a response. My impression has been that northern Hurst and northeast Grapevine are friendlier than much of the rest.

What do you think are the friendliest parts of the county?

Definitely Grapevine. Come to Grapefest in September and you will meet a bunch of new friends!

I meant to say northwest Grapevine in my OP. I've only been to downtown Grapevine once briefly.
