One of the best builders in DFW. I have never had a customer complain about their product or service.

We have a Pulte home in PA and are very happy with it. This is our third new construction, and by far, it's been the best experience - their customer service has been great!

Pulte varies like any tract builder with the development--who was the manager/construction super that ran the construction crews and who were the subs that got the jobs--
think the more expensive ones are at least avg but the less-expensive ones are some of the worst---
anyone who says Pulte customers don't complain either works for them or is trying to sell one...

we had a pulte in VA is was a tract home piece of crap. 2x4 and siding. our neighbors chimney blow off and there were only 4 nails holding the whole thing up. Everytime the wind blew siding came off of someones house. In fact everytime the wind blew it sounded like the roof was being ripped off. I kid you not.
Our 1960's house in PA was built wayyyy better than our 1990's Pulte. Facutes and lights were all cheap and we replaced them all. A/C was a cheap Trane unit. etc....

I am so happy to be in a well built brick house. with all the wind yesterday...I din't hear a thing. and my house didn't blow away!

I have always heard bad things about Pulte although in the past few years, I think they have cleaned up their act, STILL, I'd watch out....

I have a friend who lived in a Pulte in FW, it was a nice looking house but seemed very .... slapped together, a lot of the homes in this neighborhood felt the same way and I've heard they don't have the best rep.. maybe look elsewhere before you do a Pulte.
