there are apts in FTW and Dallas area that lease under Section 8 housing--
you have to be certified by the city agency though or through another Federal/state organization to qualify for that...
some agency has to subsidize the part of the rent that YOU as a renter are not paying in full amount...
the apt company does not just forget about that missing amount...

What I think she is asking, Will any apts lease to her letting her use someone else income. She might have a sugar daddy and he is paying the rent. The yes would be yes but they would do a credit check and he would probly have to be on the lease somehow or another.

Yes. Ever apt is different on what their income qualifications are. Some are 2x to 3.5x the rent. The average is 3x the rent. So if your apt is $400/mth, your disability needs to be at least $1,200/mth. Does that make sense??
