I was thinking the other day about the Alliance Area of Fort Worth by the speedway. What if Disney decided to build another theme park in the middle of the country and they chose the area the speedway to build it. Would that be good or bad for our area? 114 straight shot to DFW Airport, it would make us, the 3rd largest Metro area, a huge tourist destination. How many jobs would that create? Wild thinking, I know...but still.....

There was talk a long time ago that Disney was going to build along I20 between FW and Aledo.

That would be a prime location.

I'm not saying it would be a good thing, though . . .

The traffic is horrible already. And Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington already has the basic theme park covered here. We're already a tourist destination.
