the dog I bought two months ago was a $500 purchase
I bought a computer for 1,400$

Do some research if you are going to spend more then a nominal amount of money. You don't need a $500 dog or a $1400 computer. That is unless you are a dog breeder or a graphic designer.

^^^^ THIS! You can get a laptop for $350 and the dog will cost a fortune in the long run and sounds like it already has at $500, You could have gone to the doggie shelter and rescued one instead but even that will end up costing a lot of money in the long run and limit your ability to travel.

The mistake of buying the dog and the computer is done. Time to pick up from there

Like everyone else has said, quit eating out. Or severely limit yourself. Find some simple dishes you can make at home like omelets and enjoy those. You need to make a budget so you don't spend everything you you make.

I'd give up movies for a while until you get you savings under control. There is a lot of free entertainment around your city you could be enjoying instead. If nothing else, you now have a computer, there is plenty of free stuff to look at there.

Sounds like you probably need a few new clothes for work. What you need depends on your job. I would keep the wardrobe as simple as possible for now especially if you are still losing weight. Look for sales. Thrift stores can be good, but I've never had much luck there. I like to buy clothes at the end of the season from some of the nicer stores. Summer clothes tend to start going on pretty reduced sale this month so the back to school clothes can be brought in. You might find some nice polos or tees at a pretty decent price. I'd get up to five new shirts and then one or two pants or jeans. You can wash and wear those for a bit until your situation stabilizes.

If you could swing it, I'd get a part time job anywhere. It could be fast food or anything to make a bit of extra money. Don't frivolously spend this money. It needs to either go towards paying off you debt or going in an account explicitly for saving. Everything you own may be brand new for now, but you will start having more costs in a year or two when it all starts aging.
