If the leaves are still green than do nothing but water and give it time. Often when you transplant, the plant will need a day or two to get used to its new envirment. If the leaves are starting to get brown and and dried however, than yes, you need to pick those leaves off with a clean pair os scissors anlong with any stems that may also be drying up.
