I see purslane and ground ivy. If they're in a lawn, a weed and feed product will eventually kill them - it may take several treatments. Be sure to follow label directions. If they're growing in a plant bed you can use a round up type weed killer on them. Be careful not to get spray on any desirable plants in the bed.
