My Schefflera is about one foot tall now. Does it look healthy? How tall will it grow?

Looks fine to me, in that pot probably grow 3-4 feet

I use those as hedges at my Florida house. They are huge I need to trim them every week.

They actually do better in a smaller pot, and when re-potting only go about 1" larger in diameter. I have one in my office that's about 6' tall, and in a 12" pot.
