Now I'm also wondering about the new systemic for citrus. I used it last year to combat an insect problem. It is safe for the fruit, but what about the bees? I haven't used it this year.

I sprinkle my flower beds with the granular Miracle Grow. Nothing special.

My Indian Hawthornes are showing profuse blossoms, second year for them so I'm happy with that.

Four O'Clocks from last year self-seeded and are standing tall, really surprised that I missed so many seeds as I harvested them daily.

Small Crepe Myrtle bush is second year and I was afraid the frost killed it - leafing out nicely which is great.

Mondo grass is showing lots of new growth. Transplanted some runners to the small bed around my front yard tree and they are still living. Miracle!

Pansies are still hanging in there and showy.

Looks like online you only get 4lb. In store is the 5lb container for same price. Great stuff!

72% of Amazon customers give it 5/5 stars.

Crepe Myrtles depending on location are one of the last things to come. Everything I think mine are dead, but if you cut off a little piece, there is green inside.

Hope you all got your crabgrass preventer down..my soil temp is now up to 55' so crabgrass is ready to show itself.

Very few weeds so far this season while I notice my neighbor's lawn is in full gear for weed growth.

Avoid granular weed killer, liquid is far more effective.

Envy Weed Free Recommendation:

Spot treat Gordon Speed Zone Lawn Weed Killer

Great weekend to be out in the lawn...time for another cutting as the lawn is growing vigorously.

Warmth is looking to continue with early summer temps

I overseed my lawn with clover. Deliberately. Crazy I know but the bees love it and makes my lawn dog proof.

Clover?

My bottle of Gordon's take care of any clover...weeds, including clover don't stand a chance in my lawn!
