I'm located in Central Florida. I had three Foxtail palm's planted about 6 months ago. Each had been producing a new leaf spear every few months. Two of the three have a new leaf spear now but one does not. I had a neighbor tell me that tree should produce new leaf spear regularly and if it doesn't it may have a problem. Existing leafs look OK, especially after a very dry winter. So, question I have from the experts who gather here, should I be concerned?
