fast growing vine for southwest Florida (landscape, vines, how to, plants)

as the title says..looking for a fast growing permanent vine to trellis and help block the view of my daughters bathroom window for her..blooming would be a plus..very hot, humid and rainy here in the summer..very dry in winter..thanks in advance.
