Hi guys!
How's it going?

When the leaves of the immature small plant started rolling on itself with considering the following:
- Still have green leaves. (not turn yellow or dry)
- Leaves are still natural the touch.
- The leaves are not falling.
- Modest watering.
- The plant is exposed to indirect sunlight whole the day.

It wasn't like that, just recently. This phenomena started with 2 leaves of the plant, then transferred quickly to the whole leaves. It's just not a good-looking. It looks like a mess. What could be the reason? what's the solution?

What kind of plant? Are the growing conditions you're providing match its needs? How long have you had it and when did this start?

Is the plant indoors or outdoors? Is it in a container or in the ground?

Take a photo.
Sometimes a natural event- roller bee making a nest.
Or if you describe it incorrectly- could be herbicide damage. Could be ozone damage. Drought defence mechanism for the plant, not a damage? Is it a newly transplanted outside plant from the inside?
Is it on every single leaf on what plant? Or just a few? Is this happening on different plants at the same time? On a top or a bottom of the plant?

The answer of your questions:

-Fruit.
-Indoors (started with being in water, then transferred it to a pot) .
- Not newly transplanted into the pot.
- The plant LOVED being in the soil so much; it didn't get a transition shock.
- Not used any kind of herbicide or anything else other than soil & water (soil is mixed with some compost, BTY).
- Whole the leaves are getting rolled except the one on the top. But when I touch it, it tends to roll out as well.
- Growing conditions: the plant is immature; in the pot, indoor, so I have more control. I set it at a warm place and pretty much bright; until now it fits.
- Whole the process spent about 3 months and 17 days something like that.
- This problem (rolling) has spent only 3 days. (It was existed before in the 2 small leaves, at the bottom ( left & right), they were rolling around the stem, I didn't give attention since they were small and the other leaves were OK).
-Before, whole the leaves were like the top leaves.
- There is no change in the place like a new pot, or a sudden temperature changing or moving to a new location.
- The rolling is not affecting on the growing, the leaves are still growing and not falling or even tend to fall.
- Note: in the photo, the color of the leaves seem as if they have some yellow color, but in REALITY they are green.

What kind of fruit tree? If it's a peach tree, google "peach tree leaf curl" and see if that looks familiar.

Otherwise, it could be aphids, thrips, or whiteflies, I can't really tell by looking at the picture.

Avocado.

I don't think you need to place peach in water. You can break the outside cover immediately and get the seed from inside.

I already did, I ask to see if someone has an avocado tree or such experience, I may get a definite clear reason & solution.

The only thing I can think of is that it might be getting too much hot sun through the window, and it might not be getting enough water. Other than the curled leaves it looks healthy.

What's the yellow object at the base of the plant? It looks like a lemon.

Avocado plant leaves will curl when over watered. I've grown many avocado plants.

As stated above avocado leaves can curl when the tree is overwatered; the stems will become soft, as well. I suspect both your trees are showing symptoms of too much water, or soil that doesn't drain well and remains soggy for long periods of time.
