Thanks in advance!

I don't know the name of the weed, but I use a product called Weed-Free-Zone.
Needs to be sprayed 2 or 3 times.

It is Creeping Charlie, a real pain to get rid of. It is agressive and will spread throughout the lawn and strangle out the grass. Check with your local county extention service what they would recommend. I know that borax (20 mule team) will kill it but it also will make it so nothing else will grow in the soil. I am not sure if you could mix up a weak solution in a bottle and spray individual plants or possibly paint them.

Default Looks like henbit to me...

I've got it here in N. AL. It's blooming right now... pretty purple flowers, but I do pull out what I can. Mine is growing in areas of former "lawn" that I've cleared but not replanted or covered yet. It also can root in mulch, but is easily pulled out. One website I visited said to use 2,4-D to control it. But I sprayed 2,4-D last fall and still got henbit again.
