What is this relative to me? (grandmother, father, cousin)

I just met a little girl who looks just like me, and I don't know what to call her. Cousin? Step-cousin? She is my dad's stepmother's sister's son's daughter. I have no idea how to figure out what she is to me, so if anyone knows or cares to do the math, I would greatly appreciate it!

She's nothing to you. She's the granddaughter of the sister of the wife of your paternal grandfather. If it makes you feel better, you can always call her "cousin."

Or they can call her Mary or whatever her name is.

She's your dad's stepmother's great niece. You could maybe say your step-grandmother's great niece. But she's of no relation to you, genetically or legally. If your dad's stepmother was your grandmother instead of a step relation, she would be your 2nd cousin.
