Hello! My husband and I are in our early 40's and have 5 kids, ages 5yr-14yrs old. Looking for a great, kid friendly neighborhood wth good schools and near water (ocean, river, bay) as we like to boat, scuba dive and fish. I am concerned also about safety. (prediators, crime, etc) We have been looking at Dr. Phillips, Winderemere, Lake Mary and Longwood. Not to excited about the last 2 locations. We are looking for any feed back of family oriented places to live that are not "snooty" that have good schools and are accepting of newcomers (the oldest will be in 8th grade this fall). We are coming from the midwest and are so tired of the cold and snow. Looking for a better life! Thanks for all your feed back!
