I am not sure if this truly a skyscraper but it is pretty tall, i used to live a block away on the 9th floor of building and had to look at this hideous monstrousity daily

Wow...just wow.

There's a city with a rich history too. Birth (and now death) of the American Automobile, Mo Town, Detroit Techno, etc.

Not at all! Many people love it actually. Its very uniquely Baltimore. the ugliest building downtown is obviously 414 water st (File:414 Water Street.JPG - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), as it looks unfinished, hideously wide, cheap, with an ugly base, and does not fit the area at all.

lol that building does kinda stick out like a sore thumb, it looks like it belong in Harbor East. But, the William Donald Shaeffer building is by far the ugliest building downtown.
