If you go to different chain restaurants throughout the United States and Canada you will notice that some big chain restaurants like McDonalds,Burger King, etc... have "specialty" items for different areas. Like in Texas Mc Donalds has the Texas Home Style Meal and the Subways in my area have Cold Cut Combos and a few other things. Well anyways

Does your local chain restaurant have specialty menu items that you wouldnt find in any other part of the USA and Canada?

That's strange then. When I went to school in upstate NY I often got that, and i just went to Subway a few weeks ago here in NYC and they had it too.

Green chile is often an option in New Mexico at various fast food restaurants.

In Norway, you can get McLaks (McSalmon) burgers.

I've heard you can get Spam at the McDonald's in Honolulu.

That's the rumor, anyway. I don't eat at McDonald's so I have no idea what they sell.

You can get Marionberry shakes at Burgerville, but maybe Burgerville is not national. Maybe they are only located in the Pacific Northwest
