Do you really believe this Daylight Savings is really that useful?
I think its necessary and I hope it doesn't ever get abolished. The nice thing about it is it keeps plenty of daylight in the morning hours year round and gives us plenty of evening daylight in the summer months when people are more likely to be outside. Without daylight savings, you would have the sun coming up at 4am during the summer in many areas and setting at 7pm which is a waste of daylight in my opinion. Arizona doesn't observe daylight savings time and that is how it is there during the summer. In the winter, if you stayed on summer time year round, you would have the sun rising at 9am and setting at 6pm which would be bad for children waiting for the school buses. I wish they would change it back to last week in October to fall back and first week in April to spring forward as that schedule makes the most sense.
It's annoying as frick because I have to change all the darn clocks on devices that don't have it automated. If it was automatic, I really wouldn't give two ducks.

How many clocks do you have? I only have to change the time in my car. We have no clocks on the walls and the time on the microwave is never set.
I have the one in my car, one on the microwave, one on the stove, one hanging above the counter, one in the bathroom, and one on the refrigerator.
This is one of my objections too. Bunch of cars and trucks to change over, microwave, stove, living room clock, bedroom clock and one other. Hate it too when there is a power outage.

The only clock we actually have is on the microwave and it's never set. We just look at our phones if we need to know the time.
