Im currently in the Sacromento CA area and While there are some things I appreciate, there are others I don't.

Here are things I am looking for in a place to move.

1. A great Cost of Living / Home price
2. Low to none income and corporate taxes, low property taxes
3. High percentage of sunshine year around. (Hate months of drizzle and overcast)
4. Low to Med Humidty, Nothing that could be considered High.
5. 75-85 Degree summers at least 3-4 Months
6. Shorter snowy winters are ok
7. Green! Pine trees, grass, forest, etc.
8. Body(s) of water in the general area.
9. Not Flat
10. Conservative area

Trying to find somewhere that meets more of these things than not with it ranked from most important to least. Also it would be nice if the area had decent population (50k+) with some sort of major town 1-2hrs away.

So if you live in a area that you think might fit in and are proud of it, let us know. Or if you have between something that might fit the bill, feel free to shout it out. I will looking all places.

What are your Ideas?

I agree with the hill country of Texas, but here's another thought just to consider.

Rapid City, South Dakota - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Only issue is it is the major town within 300 miles and property taxes can be slightly high.

Also check out the Black Hills area that surround it: Black Hills - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
