I don't think there's any city in the US that really feels like a Canadian city. With that said, certain parts of Toronto do remind me of Portland (Oregon).

Not just cities, but whole states. Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin for sure as the accents are similar, as is the reserved nature of the people. Also hockey and beer are so very important in the upper midwest just like in Canada. lol A good piece of upstate NY is also similar, and of course "Cascadia". How do you tell Vancouver, Seattle and Portland apart??? All liberal, all full of hipster types, they fit right in with west coast Canada.

Seattle gave me a very 'Canadian' vibe.

One side of my family is from Ontario and I haven't come across any Canadian vibe in the US... And I live in upstate NY next door to Canada.
