I'm a young woman looking to relocate and open a business. I want a salon and my sister has a bakery, we want to relocate together. Someplace where the cost of living is reasonable and I can also enjoy a night out, can't be ask work & no play.

So Just want to know what's the best city to start a business ??

Tell us a little about yourselves and your businesses and things like how much you have inhabd to start off your businesses, how your credit is, and if you might already have family/friend/community support in certain cities.

I have been working in this field for many years and I have family in many diff states. I want it to be a place that I can also enjoy living, maybe go out with friends, etc. I have money to open my business, just want to find the best location.

I'd recommend looking into Dallas or Houston. Texas has an extremely business-friendly climate, and is arguably the best state for independent start-up businesses. I'd also look into North Carolina (specifically Charlotte and Raleigh), Atlanta, and Chicago.

Georgia is leading the nation in women owned business growth (Georgia leads nation in women's business growth - Business - Stocks & economy | NBC News) and Georgia is providing incentives to women as well (Women Business Enterprises - Georgia.org) for doing business in the state as well.

North Carolina does have high taxes though.
South Carolina not so much however Charlotte made the big mistake of relying to much on the banking industry. Still a decent city though.

Here is the link for Invest Atlanta (Invest Atlanta - Credits, Incentives & Technical Assistance).

This will help you and your sister out with funding to get the businesses started in Atlanta.
