Southern Tier, so you know. My first post was playful (and many after that were as well)
Haha, If that's you being playful, would you mind playing with someone else LOL.
You seem like a great guy and all, but easing up some would do you wonders.
IDK if I agree with BigGeo that we're number one, but Philadelphia does have some great happy hour spots. Would think Chicago and Boston do as well.
Yep, they can be. I need to get back into doing that. The first few years of my job here for happy hours were pretty insane. Amazingly fun and I remember being out from after work (say 5:30pm) until 3am numerous weekends...even with people who were directors/executives doing the happy hour thing and then going from one bar to the next in other parts of town.
Philly is one of the best cities for beer distribution The East Coast but there are plenty local brews too.
I don't know what microbrews would be available in MI but I'm generally a fan of Victory, Yards, Dogfish Head, Philadelphia Brewing Company, Slyfox, Flying Fish. Of course Yuengling is probably the most well known. If ever in town, Iron Hill, Nodding Head, Manayunk Brew Pub and Earth Bread and Brewery are cool restaurants/breweries to check out.
Dogfish Head is a Delaware beer and closer to Baltimore than it is to Philadelphia......
For the record..it's part of the Seaford, DE Micropolitan Area
Hah, never even heard of a micropolitan area but I included it in my original post as it seems to be a very popular brew in Philly bars and I knew that it was from Delaware-obviously didn't know how far into DE it was but I did later acknowledge it was definitely the least "Philly" of those I listed although Rehobeth is a very popular Beach resort for Philadelphians. I still stand by the others.
