South Florida, better weather, way better beaches. I do think that LA is better than Miami though.

SoCal, more towards SE Cal actually. Id pick SoFL for winter weather and beaches, SoCal for scenery and cities.

Though their both screwed up, I'd have to pick California. It's alot prettier and not so hot, plus you could still drive to San Fran and Vegas.

PLUS, it still has plenty of palm trees!
