I'm not sure about the exact statistics in particular suburbs. However, there are plenty of mosques in Maryland and Virginia. Washington, D.C. has some as well.
There's a Lebanese church up near Silver Spring (but still inside DC's borders) that has a pretty cool Lebanese festival (and attracts a huge crowd of Lebanese).

Jacksonville, FL has a very large Arab population. We even had one as a mayor a couple decades ago. Not really in one particular neighborhood though.
