Washington, DC: Some of the most beautiful women in the country, especially the black girls Comprehensive yet simple (Easy to figure out) Metro system (Subway/Bus), the cleanliness of the city, the widespread Greco-Roman/Neo-Classical/Egyptian Revival/Queen Anne/Second French Empire/Victorian/Georgian Revival/Federalist/Colonial architecture, the National Mall, White House/U.S. Capitol/Supreme Court Building, government/public sector/bio-tech/IT/Military job market, the lovely spring weather coupled with the Tidal Basin cherry blossoms, BWI Airport, the university/college system, the Washington Redskins for football, the Capitols for hockey, DC United for soccer, and the massive diagonal boulevards.
Portland, Oregon: Beautifully lush inner-city neighborhoods with craftsman homes, garden/modern apartments, and bungalows, the topography, the bike-friendly culture, the weird funky vibe, laid-back culture, high quality of life, lush fall foliage during autumn, affordability, the great air-quality, and the extensive light rail system.
New York City: The Brooklyn brownstones and limestones, the abundant Tudor Revival architecture of Forest Hills in Queens, sheer racial/ethnic diversity, overwhelming abundance of restaurants and shopping, vibrant 24/7 nightlife, all of the old school Art Deco/Beaux Arts/Neo-Gothic skyscrapers, Gothic cathedrals, diverse economy, massive uniform taxi fleet, Grand Central Station for commuter rail and inter-state rail travel, the street grid system, street and haute fashion scene, Broadway, City Hall, the Bronx Zoo, the Municipal Building, the hand-crafted pizza/Italian beef/bodega/deli culture, the exciting winter snowfall (Parts of the NYC looks romantically beautiful with snow!), the various bridges, the New York Yankees for baseball, and its amazing parks.
