Check it out: Pittsburgh is tied for second!

I almost picked Boston, but now I'm glad I didn't.

Rock on, Pittsburgh!!!

You're either really old or really out of touch. Everyone under 35 who does not live in a cave knows this word. It is not local to LA, but all across the country.

Um.... like SWB, I grew up in Pennsylvania. I've probably only heard it once or twice. And if any of my friends said it, I would probably laugh at them. One of my friends moved to Atlanta and then came back using all this urban slang. It sounded quite fake and put on--like she was trying to be somebody cool, but she was failing miserably. I think slang just takes a long time to get to places in Pennsylvania that are off the beaten Philly-Pgh path... But I doubt we're the only state like that. I wouldn't bet on "shiznit" being a popular expression in North Dakota...

Or maybe we are just nerdy white guys who live in caves and edit wikipedia... Who knows...

Pittsburgh is way under-rated, but I'd take SF, Boston, D.C. or Seattle over Pittsburgh any day.

Well out of the ones I've been to, I voted for Miami (hometown), New Orleans and Phoenix.

Btw, they say shiznit here too.

Thats because Atlanta thinks it's the shiznit.

I voted for other: Baltimore. It's not on the list (sobbing). And why did I vote for Baltimore you ask???? Because I am a Baltimoron. Seriously though, if I had to pick from the list, it would be San Francisco or Boston. They got it all over the other ones by a mile. ( and also over two of the top three!!)
