Well, I'm 30 years old, just got out of a relationship with my girlfriend of 2 years, and I finished my first actuarial examination. After my second one, which I should be passing at some point this year, I'll open many doors and can really get a starting position just about anywhere ... anywhere. The pay will be good, and because the field is exclusive it's not dependent on cost of living ($70k entry level job in Detroit? Yea, but you'd have to give me a lot more than $70k to go there ;0 )
So, I'm really only limited by a few things. I've been here my whole life, and 50 degrees is rough. Yea, I can wear long sleeves, but I still much prefer warmer weather. On the same token, once it starts hitting 85 + in the dead sun with no wind, it can be rough. I know most places back east can have 70-80 weather, but it's humid and miserable with bugs
I love the blue and green and vibrant colors of VA, VT, CT, etc., but then the weather is a factor ...
I guess I'm just looking for a place that is still pretty, I can still get a backyard with a pool, I can go bowling or golfing or get access to healthcare or get some fresh food once in a while, but not here, not in AZ, not in TX (why move from one desert to another?), etc.
Your best bet is going to be the Pacific Northwest. Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Nebraska will all be too cold in the winter and likely too dry & brown for your tastes.

With your weather restrictions, no lower than 50 F and no higher than 85 F, you are limited to the southern end of Florida right on the beach, San Diego within 3 miles of the ocean, and most places in Hawaii.
