Basically Bay Area and everyone else. This doesn't include valuations, but I bet if you add that in, the Bay Area's share of that is even higher.

Pretty weird list. Oakland is apart of San Fracisco's MSA, Orange County is apart of the Los Angeles MSA, and #41 is simply listed as "unknown". And Yolo, California?
