What comes to mind when you think of Rhode Island (besides Family Guy) (neighborhood, school)

So we all know RI is the smallest state, but what do you think of when you hear "Rhode Island". What do you know about this tiny state?

What I instantly think of: jonnycakes and the pronunciation of "KveeANNstun."

What I know of RI:

-- Some beautifully wild ocean beaches without development on them
-- Before coffee became a boutique drink, the RI and SE MA passion for coffee ice cream and coffee milk
-- The Old Slater Mill
-- A chicken breed bears its name
-- The border to it was only 30 miles from where I spent nearly all my grade school years

Beautiful beaches, gorgeous bay, tidal estuaries & salt marshes.

Providence with its Federal Hill neighborhood - an Italian area with great restaurants & food; Brown University, gondolas along the river in the city

Newport with the mansions, Jamestown, Narragansett- very water oriented towns, endless marinas all over the state

clam cakes, coffee milk, stuffies ( stuffed quahogs), RI clam chowder ( clear broth, not milk)
