Nashville: Little less traffic, don't want to end up like Atlanta but everything is pretty cool, as well they also need more hip hop clubs here and a better nightclubs other than bars that pretend to be clubs but everything is awesome.
Wilmington. I wish we had taller buildings (though a 508 footer has just been approved), more bike lanes, a bike sharing program, and better retail options downtown.
What building is that? Is it actually going up?
Since I'm moving there soon, I'll add: fewer crime-ridden inner neighborhoods. Wilmington has some great housing and building stock in a street grid. Could be a really nice, urban, and thriving city (and I think it's getting there), but it's held back by the crime image.

I think it's 1001-1011 Jefferson St. I haven't been down to Wilmington in a while to see if there's any action on site but here is a render:
Improved infrastructure in general. Improved sewer, underground power lines, more transit connecting the city's neighborhoods, another PATH tunnel or two.
Metropolitan Washington DC: Balance job opportunities evenly throughout the region, instead of having them all on the Virginia side. Put more jobs in Prince Georges county and Southern Md. so that hundreds of thousands wouldnt have to commute around the Beltway to find work, causing extreme traffic congestion.
Build a Potomac River bridge between Leesburg Va. and Poolesville Md. to relieve the extreme congestion on the other bridges. But this would be difficult as it would require building connecting feeder highways on the Md side which is zoned as protected green space
.
Take away free parking from Congressional staff and make them pay, or ride trains, like everyone else. This would remove thousands of cars causing congestion.
Start allowing taxicabs licensed in one state, to pick up or drop off riders in a neighboring state or in D.C. (which is currently illegal) instead of taxis having to return EMPTY every time back to the Airports. This would be much more efficient, better for the environment and save hundreds of millions of gallons of gas wasted on driving empty to and from the Airports
