I remember being at an outdoor bar in Phoenix one August night. It was midnight and the temp was 99. I couldn’t understand why humans were living in that place.

It does get cooler in winter, though.

Galveston, Texas is the place you are looking for.

Very low diurnal range ....only 10 degrees difference between high and low.

July and august have average high 90F....average low 80F

Very humid, muggy nights....you’ll love it!

Key West, Florida is the same, only 8-10 degree difference between day and night year round

Louisiana and Texas.

God, why would anyone want that weather? I am fine with hot days in summer but night should at least be somewhat comfortable. Summer nights in Florida are so crappy.

It's like they're trying to convince themselves that 95 with 60% humidity is actually comfortable. "It's comfortable in the shade I assure you!!"

Lol it'll be midnight and 88 degrees. "Its not so bad in the shade."

Hot nights do have advantages, though. They're pretty nice for late night pool parties, I'll give you that. But lows in the 80s are just horrid.

Is there anywhere on Earth where the temperature doesn't dip at night?

Extreme south Texas. Brownsville/Harlingen are pretty safe. Also parts of Arizona down toward Tucson.
