Cities with the most friendly women

Nashville they are the best thing about living here because it can get boring. The women here are really outgoing, unlike NYC where you had to make a great effort to get to know women here they just talk to you out of the blue it is awesome even the gorgeous ones. Atlanta is pretty good as well.

Maybe women are more cool and friendly about approaching in a less dense locale?
This is just my theory.
