How can we quantify it? What percentage do both have to make up?
Seattle is the first one that leaps to mind. Honolulu would qualify if were using the definition of Asian as "Asian/Pacific Islander". Sugar Land, Texas and Johns Creek, GA are in there.

Quincy is 54% white 31% Asian
Cambridge is 55% white 19% Asian.
