How can we quantify it? What percentage do both have to make up?

Seattle is the first one that leaps to mind. Honolulu would qualify if were using the definition of Asian as "Asian/Pacific Islander". Sugar Land, Texas and Johns Creek, GA are in there.

Quincy MA (59.5% White, 30.5% Asian) 90% White and Asian ~105,000 people
Cambridge MA (60% White, 17% Asian) 77% White and Asian ~120,000 people
Lexington, MA (63% White, 30% Asian) 93% White and Asian ~36,000 people

Quincy is 54% white 31% Asian
Cambridge is 55% white 19% Asian.

Not sure about Lexington

I know, ijs that’s old data. I thought you might want new data.

For 2020 census information on every ma town you can use this link https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/08/...n-has-changed/ has the non mixed, non Hispanic, + Hispanic or Latino and mixed race racial breakdown of everywhere in MA. Boston globe made in for Rhode Island too.
