like asking the mob bosses to give up territory.

Corruption would be discovered, can't do that!

Taxpayer cash would swirl down the drain and the sound would be deafening.

Infrastructure projects are the gold mine of corrupt politicians and their business connections.

Just look at this deal in Bentonville AK of all places. https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...=srp-list-card

A shad of a house that’s $1.285 million with $1,098 per square foot. In Arkansas.

(WSJ did a piece on Bentonville a while ago re. the town being considered “hip” by many young people, people are moving there in droves….etc. I only know it as the headquarter of Walmart.)
I guess that home is meant for the Waltons. Lmao.

I cant believe the home prices in my area, especially when you add on the erroneous Property Taxes lol. I like NJ.. but the costs don’t justify it at all.

I didnt even last 11 months in Bergen County, super depressing place. Moving to Hudson County now. But they need to do more than just the big declining cities, but they need to fix “Boroughitis” in North Jersey. Specifically Bergen County because its taking a toll (no pun intended).
