I have lived in CT, TX, and FL, and travel a lot. I find FL to be extremely accepting. It's such a trans area that there are so many differnet kinds of people.

While I didn't find TX to be anymore close-minded than any of the places in the north east like it often gets the reputation of being, I didn't find it particularly accepting.
