when I lived in Denver I heard people there always saying the best green chilli was in Denver.

I loved Mexican in Denver.

In Pittsburgh we have Chilli's and taco bell. I moved back and asked where to get a breakfast burrito, and they told me McDonalds.

This would have been true 20 years ago, but the Hispanic population has swelled in other places in recent years.
In Kansas City, there's a Mexican restaurant for nearly every neighborhood in the region. There's one street that's almost exclusively lined with Mexican places. There's a wide variety there, as well.
Even in Little Rock, Arkansas, there's some excellent Mexican food to be found.
No, the southwest no longer has the monopoly on Mexican food.

New Mexico and Texas more tho,.. since they are home to New Mexican and Tex-Mex.

The poll just has cities, the OC isn't a city, its a county. The OC makes better Mexican food than New York and Chicago by far.
