I am looking to start a new blog about bringing transparency to the real estate industry. Logging alot of visitors eary will help me get better interviews. So, I am hoping that I can put up some great stuff that is exactly what people want exposed. So, I would greatly appreciate your opinions as they would be paramount for me.
I am talking about a national level. I think the lending side needs to be more transparent. I beieve that the real estate sales side needs to be about consultative sales and not about closing people. I figure the best way to assure that is to go through a sales manual and expose the tricks of the trade. i think their needs to be a better understanding of appraisals by the general public. I guess I think all the dirt needs to be dumped before we can trust one another again. Without trust in the industry we will continue to have the problems we do now.
