My brother lives there with his family and I can't even stretch to imagine it being called the Northeast.

Southwest: Hollywood Hills (with a view of course)
Northwest/Mountain States: Sun Valley Idaho (gotta have a mountain getaway!)
North East- Pre-war penthouse, Upper East Side Manhattan, NYC South East- Restored 'low-country' style plantation house, St Helena Island, SC Mid West- Townhouse, Lincoln Park, Chicago South West- Outskirts of Santa Fe, NM, desert view West- Oceanside villa, Santa Barbara, CA Pacific North West- House with a downtown view, W.
