It isn't Dearborn or some of the Detroit area numbers, but I'd bet some of the west side Cleveland suburbs like North Olmsted, Westlake, Lakewood and Strongsville are way up there in percent (in the 3-5 percent range overall and I'm sure a lot higher in the schools).
Looking at the football rosters of the local public high schools, these would fit right in if located in metro Detroit.
North Olmsted (20-plus of the 113 listed look to be of Arabic descent)
Collectively, that's somewhere around of the 45 of the 252 kids who play football at these high schools who going by names look to be of Arabic descent (18 or so percent). No way any of these schools are that high for the overall student population, but all are probably over 5 percent (Ohio doesn't track MENA student data).
Like I said in my previous post, those Cleveland burbs wouldn't compare to Dearborn (or some of the other metro Detroit burbs because that is by far the epicenter of the US's Arabic community), but here is Dearborn Fordson's football roster.
Might seem hard to believe, but the city of Anaheim, CA (home of Disneyland) has a neighborhood called Little Arabia. No, this is not part of Disneyland, it is a part of the city that is home to many middle eastern residents and businesses.
Northern Virginia has a decent amount of Persians.
