In my opinion, the TOP 2 are easily NYC and DC, after that it is debatable. Chicago would be 3rd IMO.

The top 4 is pretty clear:

1. Washington DC
2. NYC
3. Chicago
4. Boston

5th spot would be between Philly, SF and LA.

I wouldnt put SF near the top of this category-yet.

Definitely NY, DC, Chicago and LA.

Los Angeles is underrated in this aspect. Its museums are far superior to San Francisco's.
