My town I think is Fishersite, though it might be Fisherite or I could be totally wrong altogether. I've never heard either of them used. Indianapolis is Indianapolitan. And being from Indiana, I'm also a Hoosier. It's kind of fun being from the only state where the demonym isn't even close to the actual state name. I also lived in Goshen - Goshenite, Mishawaka - Mishawakan, and Fort Wayne - Fort Wayner.
