I will be in the USA during the next year and I would like to know which cities and festivals I should visit and other things focused for young people.
Some cities that I have planned to visit are:
New York
Chicago
Los Angeles
San Francisco
Miami
Las Vegas
Anything else?
I will stay in Oklahoma, so I'll visit some places there too, and Dallas (or other places in Texas)
Are you here an entire YEAR or just for a few months??? It would help to know dates so we can recommend festivals that are actually going on during your visit.
It's the greatest free show on earth and you will have a blast. The parades, partying, people, music, good, etc.. are all great. One of the few cities that allow bars and sales of alcohol 24/7 and you can drink on the street. If you want to have the time of your life, go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, it is by far one, if not the best, celebrations in North America.
