I am 57 years old. My wife is 49 and a fitness instructor that want to continue working. I still work and sell Hosted Voip Phone Systems. My daughter is 24 and we have an adopted four YO.

Looking to move from Pa. to Ga. Here is wish list.

Need a barn for our 7 or so horses.

Budget is $450 to 500 ish

my hobby is racing dirtbikes so somewhere to ride close is a biggy.

good school for the 4YO.

the more rural the better near mountains but close enough to big cities (hour or so) so I can sell to businesses

low crime with NO DRUGS

change of seasons is OK but would prefer at least 5 months of summer

Thanks in advance - please help if you can

North half of Cherokee County, though "NO DRUGS" is a bit of an unrealistic expectation.

If you want to be in a rural area near mountains close to a big city, you will want to look in and through an exurban crescent of the state around metro Atlanta that includes Paulding, Bartow, Pickens, Gilmer, North Cherokee (as JayHey suggested), North Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Hall, Habersham, Jackson, Barrow, Oconee and Walton counties.
