Continue I-67 down I-185 to Columbus on to Albany to Thomasville to I-10 in or near Tallahassee (using US 19 or parts of US 319). I-67 would continue using or near US 19 to connect to the Florida NE future corridor which basically extends Tampa's SunCoast Toll Road to connect to I-75 near Gainesville. I-67 would be an Atlanta-Tampa Turnpike to ease traffic on I-75 and provide interstate access to Southwest Georgia.
Florida State Road 589 is a corridor I am monitoring. I have read it could be extended to Jacksonville, Florida.

I do not know how feasible extending Florida's Turnpike to Tallahassee, Florida, could be.

Connecting that route to Atlanta and using existing ROW (US 19) in much of the route makes it more valuable than simply putting an interstate through that lightly populated stretch of Florida just to connect to Tallahassee. It also makes the Cartersville-Tallahassee interstate more valuable.

Florida knows that I-75 will become hopelessly clogged. This is a way to relieve it.

The toll road could roughly parallel US 19 to a little north of Ocala (looking at a map-somewhere between Williston and Otter Creek) with I-67 and 589 splitting-589 going east to Ocala/Gainesville and I-75. I-67 would split off and go northwest using US 27A and/or US 19 ROW to around Perry, FL. At that point it either continues on 19, hitting I-10 about 25 miles E of Tallahassee and goes on to Thomasville and eventually Cartersville, or it angles directly to Tallahassee on virgin ROW and then uses 319 to get to Thomasville. I think some lumber companies own significant parts of that potential virgin ROW, so they might be willing to donate ROW to increase the value of the rest of their holdings and reduce the cost of construction.

I would love to see I-22 in Alabama connected to I-16 in Georgia.

I would branch I-16 off just south of Huber heading west towards Warner Robins/Fort Valley area. Then head the highway ENE towards the Columbus Area, roughly following the US 80 corridor to just west of Phenix City, AL. It will then follow a straightened path following US 280 to Birmingham to intersect with I-22 north of Birmingham. Rename the whole Interstate I-16 or I-22 and use the other number somewhere else.

Warner Robbins to Phenix City is roughly the route I-14 is proposed to take.

If I 14 is ever built it would simply upgrade the Fall Line Highway to interstate grade

State Road 96 and US highway 80 are high speed roads with the exception of inside Warner Robins and Fort Valley. If this ever did happen, it should be to points further north. Departing 16/75 at around Forsyth and going west through/around Barnesville, Zebulon and Luthersville to just north of LaGrange and Hogansville, crossing the border and connecting with US 431 north of Wedowee, Alabama, then paralleling 431 to Anniston and Gadsden connecting with I-20 at Anniston. It could continue from there to connect with Huntsville instead of Birmingham.
