Not when generic birth control pills are available for $3.77 a month. Anyone who can't afford that is just clueless.

If you want free birth control, then you should subject yourself to pre-planned approval for parenthood. If you're deemed unfit for parenthood, then you get free permanent birth control - irreversible vasectomy or hysterectomy as appropriate.

After all, why should your progeny become a liability on society?
