For me,I think that I would like to live forever, since there are so many things that I want to do. The thing is that I don't think it would be humanly possible to do it all in one lifetime.

The thing that I can think of that would be bad about living forever it would be that your loved ones will die, then you move on and establish other relationships. The cycle just keep on continuing.

With that being said,I am going to get my body frozen in a lab when I already die and just hope that one day,City Data would still be online, haha.

Just don't delete my account for inactivity for hundreds of years.

No.

I'm ready to move on to better, if not bigger.

I agree with you! I watched my grandmother and father live into their 90's and they wern't really happy. Everyone of their friends and many family members died around them. They were lonely. Their bodies were failing and weak.

Forever? No, I would imagine that at some point I would get bored. Granted it might take hundreds or even thousands of years, but surely at some point I would realize that I had seen and done it all, and would be too jaded and cynical to look forward to anything "new".
OTOH if I could live for three or four hundred years, with all my parts still in good working order, I'd be all over that.

Not at all....in fact, I'd rather have a shorter, more enjoyable and rewarding life than a longer, painful life, in which I have to witness all those I care about die, while I'm the only one left....no thanks.

You mean, like, a couple hundred years from now when some tyrant decides that he needs a huge work force of slaves who will live forever and never wear out? No thanks.

No. When my contract is up I plan on leaving the workplace with a smile and a wave. I think people who are young have more of a desire to live forever. When you get older, you begin to feel like you have ALREADY lived forever.

I consider this to be a waiting room and the reading material is getting pretty stale. No thanks.

Okay, how about if you are in peak condition, would you still want to live forever. I know that I would, but I don't know yet, since I am turning 20 pretty soon,so maybe when I am 70 years old, then I might change my mind.
