Wisdom Teeth Removal ASAP in Winston-Salem? (Mount Airy, Elkin: insurance, credit card, design)

So here's the dilemma, my girlfriends wisdom teeth are pushing her to the brink of insanity and need to come out. One is fully grown through and is crooked as can be. She does NOT have insurance, and does not have the money laying around to pay cash for the procedure.

My question is..

Does anyone know of a dentist or oral surgeon in the Winston Salem area that still works on a payment plan of some sort? Something with a "pay some now, pay the rest later" kind of option? Does this still exist with dentists and oral procedures? We've visited three offices so far in the Mount Airy/Dobson/Elkin area that have flat out told us "No." unless we have insurance or the 100% total in cash. We're not looking to wait until it becomes a life-or-death infection, but we cant find anyone to help us otherwise so far. A few people have suggested she go ahead and visit the ER, but others are thinking that they probably wouldn't consider it an emergency or assist in doing the procedure in any way unless there WAS an infection of some sort.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

the only way I know a dental payment plan is available is by using care credit, it's a credit card for medical/dental
